Essay

Object: processes of providing of effective management by personnel-marketing (МРМ) of enterprises on the basis of computer-integrated approach. Purpose: decision of scientific problem of МРМ on the basis of development of theory and methodology, developments of methodical tool and administrative technologies in relation to the improvement of МРМ of trade enterprises. Methods: systems and complex approaches, structurally-logic, logic-cognitive and semantic analysis, system-structural, retrospective analysis, institute-evolutional, cluster analysis, systems and complex analysis, sociological questioning, grouping, abstractly-logical, economy-mathematical and economy-statistical. It is offered: computer-integrated МРМ system, conception of МРМ, conceptual approach to the МРМ, scientifically-methodological approach, to the management by HR-potential of enterprise, conceptually new approach to forming of marketing organizational conduct of personnel. Sphere of the use: point-of-sale enterprises.
