Gryniak A. Contractual obligations to construct the works in the Civil Law of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to research and to point out the ways of improvement of the legal adjusting mechanism in the contractual obligations and construction the works . It is defined general points that unite all inferior contractual obligations in a contractual type from implementation of works are in-process certain, and it is conducted comparatively legal analysis of principal contracts on implementation of works. It is characterized the system of agreements, described the criteria of differentiation of contracts of work and other contractual relation. It was improved the existence in the legal adjusting mechanism the inferior legal relationships that look like legal facts, however different from the last by its own essence and legal nature. On the basis of research of subjective composition and maintenance of agreements the legal relationships are most optimal structures of contractual connections. The thesis is discovered the features of implementation of contractual obligations and providing of their implementation civil liability and other law consequences which come in the case of their non-fulfillment. It was worked out suggestions to make alteration in the current legislation of Ukraine.
