The dissertation is devoted a problem of decrease in frequency infringements to reproductive function and gestational complications at women after extra-uterine pregnancy At the expense of studying of new aspects of patogenesise the given pathology, and also working out advanced algorithm of diagnostic, treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions. New links of patogenesise extra-uterine pregnancy are studied on the basis of studying of interrelations between clinical, ehografical, endocrinological and haemodynamic infringements depending on localisation and the form of the given pathology. The role of inflammatory diseases and intrauterine interventions in genesise of extra-uterine pregnancy and female barreness, and also in working out of algorithm of diagnostic actions is found out. Comparative aspects clinical and ehografical changes are showed depending on localisation and the form extra-uterine pregnancy. Influence of various variants of approach of fertilisation after extra-uterine pregnancy on a clinical current gestation are studied, sorts, a condition of newborns And a functional condition of fetoplacental complex. It is improved and introduced algorithm diagnostic, treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions at women after extra-uterine pregnancy. On a basis improved conducting tactics and corrections the basic infringements a homeostasis.
