Essay

The object of research – process of interaction between technogenic activity and surface hydroecosystems within the Carpathian region in Ukraine. The subject of research – theoretical and methodological principles of natural-technogenic safety hydroecosystems; spatio and time patterns of change surface parameters hidroekosystem Carpathian region to assess and increasing the environmental safety. Methods of research – based on system analysis, synthesis and abstraction, modeling and predicting methods of mathematical statistics and probability theory. The dissertation solved a new and an urgent scientific problem in the field of environmental safety – theoretical and methodological support of natural and technogenic safety of the surface hydroecosystems with substantiation of spatial and temporal patterns of the safety settings change within the Carpathian region. There are defined functional patterns of the spatial distribution of qualitative and quantitative component of natural and industrial safety and there is the ability to determine their rates according to the value of altitude in any alignment key of the Carpathian region hydroecosystems. Degree of implementation - Design technical solutions cost about 560 million. included in the "Program for Environmental Protection in the Ivano-Frankivsk region to 2015".
