Krot A. Scientific bases of creation of the equipment for mechanical activation and pressing of construction mixes

Dissertational work is devoted to creation of scientific bases of development of the equipment for mechanical activation of construction mixes and the subsequent formation from them construction products by a pressing method. Tendencies of development of the equipment for mechanical activation are studied. Similarity of press-processes of formation and mix activation in roller machines allowed to consider them in common. Models of change of pressure in a material, a new form of the description of dependences of compression are developed. Communication between intensity of activation and a curve of compression is revealed. Approaches to modeling of crushing and material mixing in the drum-type and roller car are offered; process of movement of a material is investigated. Influence of activation on a fineness of a material and on formation of minerals is studied. Process of pressing of products of the activated mixes is investigated; analytical dependences and mathematical model of process are offered. Techniques of procedural tests of raw materials and equipment calculation are developed. The equipment it is introduced; its efficiency is confirmed.
