The dissertation is devoted to the problems of formation of the realization of the components of organizational and economic mechanism of ecologically safe land use on market conditions in Ukraine. The theoretical fundamentals of ecological safety of land use has been deepened in the work, the problems of ecologically safe using of lend of different categories have been ascertained and the ways of solving those problems have been treated. The content of basic conceptions in ecologically safe land use has been deepened in the dissertational work. The economic-organizational principles of rational land tenure have been developed. The modern tendencies of development of the organizational and economic implementation of the ecologically safe land tenure system in different countries around the world and the peculiarities of land using have been determined. The strategical priorities of formation of the directions of ecologically safe land use system have been determined. The forecast of using the land of different types has been made. The management of ecologically safe land tenure has been improved. The ways of ecologisation of land using and optimization of measures of ecologically safe land use have been determined.
