The thesis presents a new solution to the actual problems of modern gynecology - improving the effectiveness of treatment of patients with chronic hyperandrogenic anovulation. Based on the experimental study of the effect antiandrogen flutamide, human menopausal gonadotropin preparations and human chorionic gonadotropin in their separate and sequential application on the reproductive system hiperandroheniс mature female Wistar rats, the study of clinical and anamnestic data, endocrine status, gene polymorphism of FSH receptor (FSHR) and E2 (ESR2) in women with hyperandrogenic chronic anovulation depending on the level of gonadotropins in the peripheral blood, it was developed the scheme of preconditioning to controlled ovarian stimulation with neoadjuvant antiandrogen therapy and protocol cycle of assisted reproductive technologies differentiated approach depending on the testing FSHR gene polymorphism and ESR2 and the previous use of antiandrogen flutamide, which led to an increased incidence of pregnancy and reduce the number of mild and severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.
