Kucheruk G. Economic foundations of logistic management of transport services quality

The object of research is the process of quality management services of transport companies in Ukraine. The aim of the dissertation research is to develop theoretical and methodological basis and practical recommendations on the organization of effective quality management of transport logistics services. The subject of the study is the organizational and economic conditions, principles, and relations arising in the process of quality management of transport logistics services. The scientific novelty of the studis: - the justified innovative logistics management paradigm of quality transport services - there have been de developed classification of innovative methods of quality control in areas of business, as well as classification of economic methods of quality management (services), which are divided into the methods for analysis and evaluation of the quality and the methods of influence on the quality - organizational and economic, as will as technical and technological conditions of providing basic, necessary and desired levels of transport services quality have been developed - there have been designed analog model of the profile of transport services of quality - the mechanism of quality control of transport logistics services - the methodological framework of integrated assessment of the transport services level quality.
