Kuzheliev M. Corporate relations: financial mechanisms of functioning and development

Object of research: processes of forming of the system of corporate relations in the conditions of dynamic external environment of Ukraine. Purpose of research: development of theory and methodology of corporate relations, and also ground of conceptual bases and scientifically-methodical providing of financial mechanisms of their development in the conditions of dynamic external environment. Methods of research: approach of the systems; synergistically approach; historical and economical approach; theory of reflection; method of rating estimation; method of analysis of trend. Results: conception of model of forming of the corporate checking system at the market of equities of Ukraine in the conditions of modern market economy; suggestion in relation to development of concept-category vehicle of economic theory, in particular: clarification of maintenance of concepts "corporation" and "corporate management"; introduction to the scientific turn of categories "corporate structure" and "financial capital of corporation"; further development of interpretation of concept "Subjects of corporate control", "corporate finances"; theoretical principles of forming of mechanism of providing of financial safety of corporation and internal mechanisms of providing of financial safety of corporation in the conditions of dynamic external environment; additive simulation model of dividend policy of corporation in the conditions of dynamic external environment; methodology of determination of criteria of diagnostics of the financial state is in the context of providing of financial safety of corporation; suggestions in relation to the use of social report as instrument of influence of corporation on an external environment; organizationally-economic mechanism of bringing in of private investors to the fund market of Ukraine; methodical going near the ground of mechanisms of decision of conflict of interests in a triangle a "shareholder is a board of directors - management"; scientifically-methodical approaches on forming of regional models of corporate social responsibility; cube model of corporate social responsibility.
