Essay

The theoretical and methodological bases of research of the impact of communication technologies on processes of constructing of social problems and transforming them into objects of discourse in social and political projects of modern Ukrainian society were revealed. The methodology of "designing of political reality", the authorial understanding of concepts of "communications technology in politics", "discourse of social problems" were proved and implemented, allowing to draw conclusions about the role of "discourse of the language problem" in the political process in Ukraine.
