Galushko V. Technological basics of innovations for repairs and renovation of buildings

The work is devoted to solving an important scientific and national economic problem - increase in efficiency of repair and renovation work by developing innovational technologies with the use of new or improved minor engineering. The work represents results of definition and reserves of quality improvement and reduction of work durability, increase of labor productivity and reduction of the cost of repairs and renovation of buildings. Theoretical researches completed within this work, have let to develop innovational equipment and new structural and technological solutions. Experimental researches identified a pattern of changes in quality parameters by changing the technological parameters. With the use of these innovations and patterns that are obtained, shotcrete technologies are developed, alignment of building heeling, reinforcement of foundations and improved technology of formwork. Implementation of work results is made in four directions: development of recommendations on innovational technologies of repairs and renovation of buildings; development of technological maps using results of the research; implementation of the results at real objects of repairs and renovation of buildings; implementation of the results into working process.
