Essay

Object of the research is the action of arterial hypertension on embryogenesis and phetogenesis in pregnant rats; the purpose is to find out mechanisms of arterial hypertension influence on pregnancy, embryogenesis and phetogenesis in rats; methods used are pathophysiological, pharmacological, morphometric, morphological, biochemical, statistical; novelty and results - systematized complex research of arterial hypertension influence on physiological pregnancy was conducted for the first time the, embryogenesis and phetogenesis at spontaneously hypertensive rats are conducted, and also at different types of pregnancy pathology model; it is confirmed morphologically, that if the pregnancy of the rats with arterial hypertension is complicated by placentary dysfunction, of uterine placentary and fetal placentary blood circulation dysfunction accompanied by a hypotrophy and a hypoxia, are more expressed, than in the rats without gestational complications; it is proved that in pregnant hypertensive rats amplifies fibrinolytic and proteolytic activity of blood plasma and urine; it is proved that hyperaggregation shifts against progressing fibrinolysis delay are accompanied by certain structural functional changes in a uterine-placentary and fetal-placentary complex among which organ haemodynamics dysfunction prevail; neurophysiological development of the first generation posterity, the gestation and phetogenesis is defined, it is proved that arterial hypertension in pregnant rats influences the first generation posterity development, arterial hypertension in pregnant rats induces phenotype dysfunction and skeleton anomalies of a fetus development, oppresses ossification; new data concerning hydrochlorothiazide influence on acid-base balance, uterine and placentary and fetal-placentary blood circulation are obtained; the results are introduced in educational process at the departments of pathological physiology in Odessa national medical university, SHEE "The Ukrainian medical stomatological academy" (Poltava), Vinnytsya Pirogov National medical university, Bukovinsky state medical university (Chernovtsy), National pharmaceutical university (Kharkov); field of implementation - educational and research processes of pathological physiology, pharmacology, histology, clinical laboratory diagnosis departments of medical educational institutions, and also medical and diagnostic process at the departments of obstetrics and gynecology, specialized laboratories, diagnostic centers.
