Methods: theoretical generalization (to justify the theoretical and methodological guidelines for the assessment and management of economic result of a business through the identification and assessment of logistics costs of the enterprise) analysis and synthesis (to identify the features and systematic factors in the formation costs of construction enterprises) cybernetic approach and system analysis ( for a logical decomposition of the construction on a subsystem, defining the connections between the inputs and outputs of these sub-systems, the identification of criteria and indicators that directly affect the performance of the enterprise as an integrated open systems), statistical analysis, in particular the trend analysis (to determine the dynamics of the economic indicators of construction enterprises ) correlation and regression analysis (to identify trends and patterns in the behavior of the studied variables - costs, revenues and profits of construction companies), the operational analysis (to justify the cost-effectiveness of outsourcing strategies, depending on the cost structure of the building enterprise in terms of contractual restrictions on the time, cost and quality of construction), the numerical optimization methods (to justify the systematic criteria for the operations, processes and activities of construction companies). Improved:The methodological approach to the determination of the efficiency of operations by using the criterion of efficiency of technological processes in operations research, namely, the proposed adaptation of this indicator to measure the effectiveness of logistics operations. The essence of the adjustment, first of all, is to combine the results of calculation of the value of the lever and integrated logistics aggregate efficiency of logistics operations and supply chains in the logistics system construction enterprise. Second, the effectiveness index formula is adapted in such a way that the value of the index may calculate on the basis of the data contained in the standard forms of financial and management reporting enterprise; -analytical method of calculating the effect of "logistics arm" that allows using the proposed formula to predict the change in the profit when a certain percentage of logistics costs in the operating cost of the enterprise; -justification of measures to rationalize the magnitude of transaction costs of construction enterprise, in contrast to existing approaches, based on the identification and formalization of occurrence of these cost factors on the basis of the analysis of estimate and contract documentation that can streamline transaction costs through the integration of logistics participants in the construction process and their responsibility for integrated the level of expenses related to the organization of material flow.
