Kobuwko I. The development strategy of the investment market in Ukraine

The dissertation research is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological bases of reasoning of strategic directions of development, tools of conjuncture assessment and state regulation concepts investment market (IM) of Ukraine. Criteria for separating speculative and investment capital are developed in the research; the IM essence and its place in intermarket interaction is dee-pened; the assessment instruments of demand, supply and equilibrium point of IM, competition level, investment attractiveness of shares and bonds, critical limits of foreign capital penetration on IM and the optimal level of its openness is developed; development strategy of investment market in Ukraine is substantiated on the base of estimated parameters obtained for each area of research; the main issues of the Concept of investment market state regulation in Ukraine for 2013-2015 are grounded; investment market tax regulation strategy in Ukraine is improved.
