The dissertation is a theoretic-experimental research of a problem of schooling system improvement to physical culture of the secondary school pupils. On the basis of the general didactic approaches the composition and structure of the physical culture education matter and the logician of its disclosing in real educational process is investigated. On the basis of methodical system schooling model the technology of the organization of educational process at physical culture lessons is developed, monitoring of the newest technologies efficiency introduction is carried out, the author's technique of a modern physical culture lesson analysis realization is revealed.
