Essay

The aim: development of scientific bases of the die-less profiling of work-pieces by universal tool and decline of material and power hungriness of technologies of volume forging of forging-parts by presses. Subject: conformities of influence of technological parameters of the die-less profiling of work-pieces on form changing, tensely-deformed state of material and energy and power modes. Methods: the displaced volumes, finite elements, physical simulation, planned experiment. Novelty: the appropriate copulas of indexes of form changing with specific work of deformation in the processes of the die-less profiling of purveyances are set. The theory of free form changing got development in the processes of the die-less profiling due to establishment of new conformities to law: changes of form and supply of plasticity at the preparatory upsetting of work-pieces from different materials by flags with different geometry of working surface; form changing of work-pieces of plates, tubular work-pieces, cylindrical work-pieces with attitude of length toward a diameter over 6,0 at the longitudinal bending; influence of length of zone of the local heating on creation of form of stick end at the laceration of work-pieces. Field of the use: machine building and metallurgy.
