The thesis is devoted to the solution of scientific problems - improving the effectiveness of treatment and quality of life in patients with urinary incontinence (UI) and gynecological diseases (GD) through the development and implementation of evidence-based algorithm of the treatment of urinary incontinence depends on the type of urinary incontinence and gynecological pathology. Were found that the frequency of UI in women is 42,82 %. On the basis of clinical and epidemiological studies were identified the main risk factors of urinary incontinence in women with gynecological pathology, establish biochemical markers of connective tissue dysplasia (CTD), identified specific ultrasound and complex urodynamic investigation. First time were developed and implemented evidence-based treatment algorithm for women with urinary incontinence depending on the type of incontinence, gynecological pathology, severity of CTD, which improved the quality of life and the effectiveness of treatment of urinary incontinence from 26,7 to 62,2 % (p<0,001): urgent UI – from 36,4 to 70,0 % (p<0,02), combined UI – from 15,4 to 53,3,% (p<0,001), stress UI – from 36,0 to 63,3 % (p<0,05).
