The dissertation describes the main conceptions of developed and theoretically proven methodical system of information culture forming of future teachers of Mathematics. It were indentified the basic principles of information society, particularly its highest level - "knowledge society", the primary tasks in the field of education informatization process and the main demands to preparation of teachers of Mathematics. The analysis of the role and tendencies of developing of mathematical education in the information society was carried out. The author offered the definition of the term "information culture of teacher of Mathematics" and determined its main components.
