The methodological system for development the creativity by the pupils during physics study and model of physic study using creativity trainings as pedagogical technology have been proposed. The teaching - diagnostic complex as integrated program environment for education, containing the set of educational and methodological materials for creativity trainings, the materials set for creativity levels diagnostic, for motivation, for estimation cognitive and characterological specific of pupils and their classification into groups of revealed, depressed, suspended, undeveloped and unrevealed creativity using the criteria proposed in the thesis has been created.
