Essay

The object of research is the process of plant food pollution in anthropogenic landscapes. The subject of the research is scientific-theoretical and practical aspects of the analysis of the combined effect of natural and socio-economic (anthropogenic) factors in the pollution of plant products formation. Research methods: field research, systems analysis, synthesis, modeling and forecasting, methods of mathematical statistics. Chemical analysis of samples for heavy metals and Al was carried out by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The research has solved urgent scientific - theoretical and practical problems concerning the optimization ways of the population health based on the provision of food and environmental security and minimization of the consumption of low-quality plant food containing toxic concentrations of chemicals and their compounds. The degree of implementation - a method of higher concentrations of heavy metals forecasting in plant foods, which is reflected in a declarative patent for a utility model number 76203 on 25/12/2012 has been developed.
