Essay

Object - professional training of future specialists in the sphere of preschool education at the higher educational establishment within the system of part-time education. Purpose - to ground scientifically and approve experimentally the andragogical model of training of future specialists in the sphere of preschool education on the first stage of part-time education. Methods - theoretical, empirical, statistic. Theoretical results and novelty - the conception of training of future specialists in the sphere of preschool education on the first stage within the system of part-time education, which embraces the methodological, theoretical and technological concepts have been evaluated and scientifically grounded. The essence and structure of training future specialists in the sphere of preschool education within the system of part-time education and its peculiarities have been revealed; the notions 'training of future specialists in the sphere of preschool education within the system of part-time education' and 'readiness of part-time students for independent academic activity' have been defined; the peculiarities of part-time students in the sphere of preschool professional training as the subjects of independent academic activity have been defined; the components of their readiness to the independent academic activity, indices and peculiarities of their connection in accordance with the student's age have been defined; the mathematical models of the linear regression, which allow to make predictions of effectiveness of training students on the first stage of education at the higher educational establishment taking into account their age and individual readiness to the independent academic activity have been created; the andragogical model of training of future specialists in the sphere of preschool education within the system of part-time education have been elaborated. Practical results - the experimental methodology of training of future specialists in the sphere of preschool education within the system of part-time education in the process of the work at the pre-requisite subjects 'Introduction to the profession', 'General Education', 'Preschool Education' on the direction of training 6.010101 - 'Preschool Education' with the use of computer technologies have been elaborated; the system of tasks for student's independent academic activity, which aimed on the development of their mental abilities, skills of logical thinking, openness to the new information and the system of remote testing of individual students' abilities to the independent academic activity have been elaborated. Efficiency of introduction is high. Branch - pedagogical, higher educational establishments.
