Svitlana М. The Regulation of Money Circulation in Ukraine.

Doctoral thesis developed and grounded theoretical-methodological basis and practical procedures of the regulation of money circulation and safeguarding its soundness for the purpose of maintaining the continuity of the resuming processes and its influence on economic growth. It was defined tasks, principals, methods and instruments of the regulation of money circulation, revealed main problems and defined the ways to improve money circulation regulation in Ukraine. It was researched the specialties of payment systems functioning, developed propositions on further development of the national payment system and cashless payments. It was developed economical-mathematical model for planning and forecasting the volume and structure of cash money emission, and also propositions to improve nominal range of banknotes and coins. It was developed new economical-statistical and regressive models, the usage of which allows to define the quantitative influence on the monetization level and on the financial deepness of the economy of the indicators of banks resource base balance and effectiveness of using monetary base and also the influence of monetary indicators on economic growth. It was characterized methods and instruments of the influence the soundness of money circulation on economic growth.
