Morar N. The leadership in the political processes of modern Ukraine.

The thesis is the first national political science complex theoretical and methodological research problems of the party leadership as a political phenomenon, its place and role in the political processes of transformation of societies, particularly in Ukraine. Based on generalization and comparison of major methodological and conceptual approaches to the analysis of party leadership, existing foreign and domestic political science substantiates the position that the party leadership is the most optimal form of leadership political process at the present stage of modernization of Ukrainian society. The dissertation shows the features of the process of formation, development and prospects of the party leadership in modern Ukraine. Considerable space is devoted to the analysis of conceptual approaches of party leaders, their objectives and functions. Analyzed and the place and role of party leaders in the political processes of transformation of societies, particularly in Ukraine. Consider their activities in enhancing the political processes involved in the formation of public authorities, the reform of the election, ensuring functioning new society for democratic institutions, of civilized format of political relations. Of particular importance is the problem of influence of the party leadership in the formation and development of modern Ukrainian political elite. Much attention is paid to the role of party leader in the political communications in shaping the image of the party. Critical analysis of party leaders in democratic internal structures. Suggestions for improving the forms and methods of internal party leadership to promote party democracy. Proved for the effective operation of the political party leaders processes required to achieve a reasonable compromise on the development strategy of the state and society.
