The dissertation is devoted to problems of surgical treatment of varicose veins disease of the lower extremities by developing of technology flebochirurgic patient care based on the application of advanced minimally invasive medical-diagnostic methods and organizational forms. In a clinical study analysis the possibility, feasibility and safety of surgery in patients with C2-C5 functional classes an outpatient basis. The analysis allowed to develop their own experience indications, contraindications and determine the criteria for selecting patients for surgery in the outpatient regulations. Improved existing methods of sklerochirurgic treatment. The results showed the advantage of minimally invasive techniques like sclerochirurgic, endovazal laser coagulation, subfastial endoscopic perforating vein dissection, miniflebectomy over the standard flebectomy. The use of regional peripheral blockade in the performance of outpatient surgical interventions for varicose veins. It is shown that minimally invasive techniques in the surgical treatment of varicose veins compared with standard flebectomy result in significantly faster recovery of complete physical activity - respectively 4.9 and 4.1 times and work activity - respectively 3.8 and 3.9 times, without loss of radical surgery and with much better cosmetic results.
