Khodos V. Outpatient surgery varicose veins of the lower extremities

The dissertation is devoted to problems of surgical treatment of varicose veins disease of the lower extremities by developing of technology flebochirurgic patient care based on the application of advanced minimally invasive medical-diagnostic methods and organizational forms. In a clinical study analysis the possibility, feasibility and safety of surgery in patients with C2-C5 functional classes an outpatient basis. The analysis allowed to develop their own experience indications, contraindications and determine the criteria for selecting patients for surgery in the outpatient regulations.
