Lynnyk S. Lynnyk S. O. The state influence on implementation of the international strategies in health care of Ukraine.

In the thesis the condition of implementation of the international strategies in health care of Ukraine has been investigated as tool of the government. Primary attention is given to studying of efficiency of realization of the WHO European international strategy "Health for All in the 21 century", WHO strategies for prevention and control of non-communicable diseases, HIV / AIDS, sexually transmitted infections, harmful alcohol consumption. It is shown results of observance positions of international strategies on healthy nutrition, improvement of perinatal care, elimination of congenital syphilis, WHO strategy for the development of personnel resources in the health care sector, international strategies in the area of reproductive health, the WHO global strategy on infant feeding and early age. The problems which interfere with the implementation of the provisions of international strategies in the field of public health care in Ukraine have been identified.
