Martyn A. Regulating of the Lands Market in Ukraine

In the thesis there is a systemic study of the most important theoretical, methodological and organizational problems in the regulation of land relations, manifested in land reform, and proposed mechanisms to improve the social relations associated with the redistribution of land resources based on market principles. It's stated theoretical and methodological foundations of market land relations, deepened understanding of the essential land market as a fundamental component of social and economic relations, the effect of the objective economic laws on the land market, disclosed theoretical and methodological foundations of land auctions, and also showed the economic essence and functionality of the lands market infrastructure. The conceptual basis for the formation of agricultural land management of public property is given. There is Improved methodological foundations regulatory monetary valuation of agricultural and non-agricultural land (outside urban areas), which in contrast to the existing regulations are based on the capitalized rental income and a continuous assessment of the territories. Developed a complete system of regulatory restrictions on the agricultural land market, providing formation of the prerequisites for sustainable socio-economic development of rural areas.
