The author's approach to innovative development of an enterprise as a particle of general development concept is developed and grounded. Condition and level of innovative development of Ukrainian industrial enterprises are analyzed as well as influence of different factors on innovative development of industrial enterprises are found out. Transformation of scientific approaches in the theory of enterprise strategy is depicted. Marketing strategy is given as a particle of strategic management of an enterprise and marketing management role for industrial enterprise innovative development is determined. The concept of MSIDIE is formed. Technical approaches to the level of marketing provision of industrial enterprise innovative development are elaborated. Evaluation methods of industrial enterprises innovative development are specified. Organizational mechanism of MSIDIE realization and formation by means of benchmarking is built. Matrix model of marketing strategy of innovative development implementation is built and tested.
