Essay

Object - professional and pedagogical training of future teachers of higher technical educational establishments. Purpose - to ground scientifically, theoretically and approve the monitoring of professional future teachers training at the higher technical educational establishments as a pedagogical system in the circumstances of stage education at the higher technical educational establishments. Methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical. Theoretical results and novelty - the conceptual approach to monitoring of professional future teachers training at the higher technical educational establishments, criteria and levels of future teacher's readiness to the professional activity, the essence and structure of monitoring of professional future teachers training at the higher technical educational establishments, the pedagogical conditions of realization of the monitoring technology of formation of future teachers' readiness at the higher technical educational establishments to the pedagogical activity have been defined and grounded. Practical results - the diagnostical tools of defining the levels of readiness of the future teacher of the higher technical educational establishment to the professional activity have been elaborated; the teaching and methodological complex which consists from the elective educational coarses and interactive forms of organization of educational process, the technology of the monitoring of professional training of future specialists have been elaborated. Efficiency of introduction is high. Branch - pedagogical, higher educational establishments.
