Umantsiv Y. Development of the corporate structures under the conditions of the global competition.

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of key factors, patterns and institutional determinants of the formation and development of the corporate structures under the conditions of the global competition. The economic nature of the corporate structures is investigated. It is systematized the concepts and categories of the theory of the corporate structures as an interdisciplinary direction of the research that studies the formation and logic of its development. It is justified the author's approach to the determining the corporate structure as a complex system of the institutional units of the different legal forms, formed by combining capital and consolidation of the economic agents, where each component functions through interaction with other elements based on the integration of the industrial-technological and financial connections. In the same time this corporate structure is presented umbrella organizational and economic forms of the modern corporate relations within a group of the legal entities. The methodical approach to the building organizational and economic mechanism of the corporate control of the integration of its economic, organizational, legal and social components is improved. It is found out the mechanisms of the impact of the corporate structures in terms of the formation and the parameters of the competitive environment in the national economy. The peculiarities of the Ukrainian corporate structures are determined. The impact of the globalization on the process of the formation of the corporate entities is revealed. The trends of the corporate structures regulation and the ways of its improvement are analyzed, the model of the public policy for national competitive corporate structures promotion is developed, and the strategic directions of its implementation are justified. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the trends strengthen the competitive capacity of the Ukrainian corporate structures.
