Essay

Object of research - different forms of scleroderma. The purpose of research - the optimization of treatment and prevention tactics of patients with various forms of scleroderma by clarifying their pathogenetic relationship on the basis of determining the characteristic morphological, immune and vascular disorders. Methods: clinical, histological, immunohistochemical, immunological, immunoenzyme, biochemical, biophysical, physical-chemical and statistical. The dissertation deals with the theoretical summing up of the results and a new solution of the scientific problem - clinicomorphological and pathological interrelation of skin lesions in case of morphea and systemic scleroderma, common features and quantitative differences of immune and immunohistologic disorders, the changes of adsorptive and rheologic properties of blood and endothelial function of the vessels in the pathogenic plotting of both disorders has been proved. Optimal medical technology of treating patients using arginine, pentoxyfilline, vobenzim and narrowband phototherapy and the criteria allowing to prognose a course of disease and control a course of medical measures have been developed. Results have been implemented in the practice of the Donetsk regional clinical territorial medical association, regional dermato-venerological dispensaries of cities Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Uzhgorod, Lugansk, Odessa, City dermato-venerological dispensary No. 1 of cities Donetsk and Makiivka, Crimean Republic institution "Clinical dermato-venerological dispensary" as well as in the educational process of dermatovenerological departments of the Donetsk national Medical University named by M. Gorky, Dnipropetrovsk State Medical Academy, Crimean State Medical University named by S.I. Georgievsky, Lugansk State Medical University, Odessa National Medical University, Uzhgorod National University. Use area - dermatovenerology.
