Gnatkovych O. Methodology of economic land relations on the basis of region sustainability

Research object is a process of development and economic reform of land relations in agriculture. The purpose of research is scientific substantiation of complex theoretical and methodological, methodical and practical foundations of economic reform of land relations in agricultural production, considering the requirements of sustainable development at the regional level. There are such the research methods: dialectical, historical, monographic, statistical, economic, grouping, image, balance sheet, cash and constructive. Scientific novelty. A methodological approach is first applied to assess the cost-effectiveness depends on the level of production intensity farm land, the essence of economic-ecological mechanism of land use in agricultural production on the basis of sustainable development, the proposed methodological approach to the implementation of the monetary value of land in agriculture; included in the methodological Copyright arsenal understanding of the category of economic incentives for rational use and protection of land. Improved: methodological approaches to the assessment of land; mechanism of alienation of land farms; method for determining rates of land tax, technology of afforestation areas as direction interim conservation land. The following aspects were further developed: trends of shaping of market for agricultural land; approaches to the evaluation of agricultural land, the category of "government regulation" of land relations farms, methodological approaches to optimize the size of farms. Theoretical and practical results: the results of the research are a scientific basis for dealing with the problem of improving of economic relations of land in agricultural production on the basis of sustainable development at both the Ukraine and at the level of the Carpathian region. Level of implementation: research results are used in the design and preparation of land in branch of the use and protection of land by the State Enterprise "Lviv Scientific - Research and Design Institute of Land Management," the Department of State Land Agency in the Lviv region, Chernivtsi and Ivano-Frankivsk regions, the development of educational programs and plans for training and used in educational process at the Lviv National Agrarian University.
