Object: proactive management processes for the aggregate potential of the industrial enterprises. Methods: statistical and financial analysis, structural and comparative analysis, system analysis, the method of expert assessments of historical analysis, cause-and-effect analysis, decomposition and the construction of the hierarchy; terminological analysis, systems approach, matrix analysis, structural logic simulation, logic synthesis. Result: The first substantiated scientific concept of predactive management for the agregate potential of industry, developed the formation mechanism of the aggregate potential of the industrial enterprise as constituting proactive management methodology, proposed scientific and methodical approach for accounting for the effective structuring. The practical significance of the work is determined by the results of the implementation of its activities in the industry.
