Vitenko I. Psychological adaptation of the family doctor to a professional activity (formation mechanisms, the system of psychological adjustment and psychoprophylactic support)

In the thesis on the basis of a systematic approach to the study of mechanisms of coping family doctor to the profession to develop a system of psychological adjustment and psychoprophylactic support during training specialist. The concept of an integrated model of a medical officer with the rational correlation of subjective and objective components defining its function in the process of planning and organization of training and retraining of medical personnel. Clarified and specified the meaning of "psychological readiness" of a medical officer to the profession, disclosed the nature and structure of the necessary personal qualities as a doctor of integral education. Developed stages of target-oriented psychological training of general practitioner (GP) as a means of implementing an integrated system of training of medical workers in Ukraine.
