Zinchenko O. Neuro-immune-endocrine adjustment of arterial low blood pressure in the structure of neurological pathology

Dissertation is devoted to the study of basic pathogenetic mechanisms of forming of arterial low blood pressure(ALBP) in the structure of neurological pathology, that include the estimation of degree of violation of different links immuno-neuro-endocrine complex on the different levels of organization of immunoresistents; to determination of dependence between violations of leading neurological symptoms, functional and haemodynamic violations with the separate links of immunity, including the factors of primary and secondary immunity and by the change of content of some hormones of serum sanguinis. The algorithm the choice of tactic address immunocorrection immunophisiological and hormonal violations at different clinical phenotypes of ALBP was created and substantiated. Method of integral estimation of total combinations of individual cytotoxical serum sanguinis factors for patients with ALBP by the cellular bioindicator of Dunaliella viridis was developed and offered for clinical application.
