Kopchak K. Backgrounding the diagnostics programme and tactics of surgical treatment in patients with cystic lesions of the pancreas

In the dissertation peculiarities of epidemiology, clinical presentations of pseudocysts and cystic tumors of the pancreas were estimated. Possibilities of different methods of instrumental investigation in diagnostics and differential diagnostics of cystic diseases of the pancreas were evaluated.Based on the determination of the efficacy of diagnostic tools, the effective algorithm of perioperative investigation that includes contemporary methods.Techniques of miniinvasive treatment including endoscopic techniques, operations with laparoscopic techniques as cystenterostomy, distal resections, enucleations were worked out, implemented; their advantages and disadvantages were evaluated. Based on long-term results analysis of treatment of patients recommendations for choice of the best operative technique were given due to type of pathology.
