Сonsideration contain clinical data of jaw-facial patients' treatment with changeable magnetic field and 10%-pentoxile oleojelly, and also experimental investigations results of constant magnetic field influence upon functional leucocytes properties and fermentative changes in aceptic change in oral cavity of the rat, as well as pentoxile and decipirasone pharmakinetics. Pentoxile oleojelly had an independent antimicrobial effect different in power and range from the other compositions under research, the latter being inactive with respect to the Baccilus pyocyaneus, while etacycline and metronidazole oleojellies did not retard the growth of Proteus vulgaris and Bacillus coli, and the prescriptions containing pentoxile affected the given species as marked inhibitors. In the given clinical experimental research 219 patients having abscess and phlegmons, periostitis and periodontitis were investigated. For tests the tissue enzymes from the oral cavity of the rats (aminotransferases, phosphatases, glutatione {general, reducing, oxidized}) were chosen. All were determined by using the biochemical method. The effectiveness of the treatment with the magnetic field was assessed according to the data of clinical monitoring and immunological investigation. The terms of oedema cessation, infiltrate resorption, as well as suppuration from the wound, and the occurrence of granulation were taken into account. Experimentally it was estimated that slowing down and stopping the inflammatory process under magnetic field influence takes place in shorter periods of time. On experimental data basis the combined action of magnetic field and pentoxile and decipirazone preparations allowed to shorten the periods of inflammatory processes treatment of jaw-facial region to 4-5 days. The inculcation of the given treatment method into state dental polyclinics is being carried out.
