Babenko K. Legal regulation of public authority relations: theory and practice.

The dissertation is dedicated to research of the legal regulation of the public authority relations in a context of the statement of constitutionalism in Ukraine and its development as democratic state and the state of law. From the positions of the legal regulation of public authority relations system genesis the dissertation investigates the development of the constitutional justice in Ukraine. The dissertation shows the role of the Constitution of Ukraine and institutes of the constitutional law in regulation of public authority relations, characterizes the importance of the legal definition of bases of society and state organization while the legal regulation of the public authority relations, argues the theoretical model of improvement of the system of public authority relations legal regulation in the context of constitutional modernization in Ukraine. It is proved, that the process of legal regulation of public authority relations in the democratic state includes the constitutional maintenance of interaction between the state and civil society, which assumes guarantees of political participation of the citizens and society as a whole, opportunity of the public control on activity of bodies of state authority and its officials. The author provides propositions concerning the further development of constitutional maintenance of activity of political parties, and also balancing of interaction of separate branches of power.
