The object of research - the interaction process between the information system and the external environment in the form of conflict and mutual adaptation; the aim of the research - development of scientific and methodological foundations of the system design of perspective and modern long-range systems; methods of research - methods of multidimensional optimization, methods of positional differential games; methods of system analysis of semi-Markov processes, methods of synthesis of single-purpose, multi-functional and multi-line systems, methods of development of formal language (on basis of the state equation), methods of dynamic and adaptive systems development; results - methodological foundations of system design are developed, methods and methodical foundations of the dynamic radioholographic systems design are developed, a series of model examples of radioholographic systems creation is proposed, and their technical appearance is defined, new methods for linear and nonlinear holographic processing of field are developed; novelty - methods of systems theory of radioholographic information systems are developed, which on the whole is seen as a further development of the system theory of dynamical radioholographic information systems, a new approach to the system description and a new concept of system state are proposed, a new approach to solving the problematic tasks of state management of a complex system is proposed, first posed and solved the problem of interaction process description of the system with the external environment in the form of conflict and mutual adaptation, and idealized model of interaction in the form of the differential game "observation- countermeasure" is developed, the possibilities of radioholographic systems design are studied at the system level, and a series of model examples of their creation is proposed; the degree of implementation - implemented; area - instrumentation.
