Dissertation for the degree of doctor of technical sciences, specialty 05.11.07 - optical instruments and systems. - National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute", Kyiv, 2013. The dissertation deals with solving the scientific problem of radiometric calibraton of precision opto-electronic instruments for the Earth remote sensing. Analysis of techniqes, schemes and apparatus for the absolutization of measurements of energetic characteristics and calibration of precision spaceborne opto-electronic remote sensing sistems are present. Some new schemes and techniques are proposet for the Ukrainion space sistems of high energetic and spatial resolution wth guarantee a high metrological level of the measurements with the use of the componets an instruments available in Ukraine. A mathematical model and theoretcal analysic of accuracy has been perfomed on the diffuse intgraing sphere source. Ther were given the recommendations dealt with the designing of the diffusive light source in order to provide the necessary uniformity of brihtness in output aperture.
