The thesis is a theoretical and experimental research of the problem of future teachers' formation of competence in preventing and overcoming pedagogical barriers. The author grounds the essence of binary concept "pedagogical barrier". On the one hand, this term is seen as a complex pedagogical phenomenon that interferes, holds back and reduces the efficiency and success of the educational process, and, therefore, requires prevention. On the other hand, it is a pedagogical tool that stimulates and increases the effectiveness of the educational process of participants' activity through its overcoming.
