Vasyakinа L. Medical-psychological characteristics of patients with pneumoconiosis (phenomenology, model of psychopathogenesis, the system of psychosocial rehabilitation)

Examined 435 patients with pulmonary diseases, of which 375 - pneumoconiosis patients, 60 - dustborne bronchitis. Conducted psychiatric, medical-psychological, clinical-psychophenomenological response contingents, analyzed their individual psychological characteristics. Set basic group of psychological reactions, synthesis modes of behavior, marked four clinical variants flow combined mental pathology in patients with pneumoconiosis. Identified and investigated mechanisms sindromogenezy, sindromokinezy sindromotaksisy and psychopathological disorders, built a model of the pathogenesis of psychiatric disorders in patients with pneumoconiosis. Developed a method for rapid diagnosis of nonpsychotic mental disorders in patients with pneumoconiosis, according to its analysis of the complex of informative indicators for screening border and psychotic disorders in patients with pneumoconiosis. Presented specific phased system of psychocorrection and psychosocialrehabilitation pneumoconiosis.
