The STIMUL (ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction in Ukraine and its Mortality Rate) is the first prospective survey of acute coronary syndrom with ST elevation in Ukraine wich included two years observation after patients across Vinnitsky and Chmelnitsky regions. Based on the registry, the original risk scores to predict in-hospital and two-year mortality for patients were developed. There was a high rate of cessation of prescribed medications at discharge.
