Shkulipa P. Information technology for creating autonomous computer-assisted systems of technical diagnostics of electronic units

The thesis deals with solving topical scientific challenge consisting in development of information technology for creation and implementation of autonomous computer-assisted systems of technical diagnostics (AC STD) of electronic units based on obtaining and processing diagnostic information. The main scientific results of the thesis are algorithms for creation of electronic component diagnostic models, dynamic, energy dynamic, electromagnetic methods of diagnosing electronic units based on information technology and the generalized method of diagnosing electronic units through autonomous computer-assisted system of technical diagnostics using the developed dynamic, energy dynamic and electromagnetic methods of diagnosing. Block diagram of AC STD of electronic units is developed on the basis of theoretical research. Substantiation and recommendations are elaborated for choosing the rational design of AC STD and its individual components.
