Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the investigation of the pathogenesis features of modeled hepatopulmonary syndrome in white nonlinear rats males. The conducted investigations showed that experimental hepatopulmonary syndrome is accompanied by an imbalance of gas composition, disturbance of acid-base balance and electrolyte profile of arterial blood of experimental animals, increasing of lipids and proteins’ peroxidation intensity in blood and lungs with depletion of antyoxidant potential in blood and its increasing in lungs. It was determined, that in experimental hepatopulmonary syndrome varies cellular component of immune system in blood and bronchoalveolar lavage. It was found interrelated hyperproduction of proinflammatory IL-1B, IL-6 and IL-8, which helps start the cascade of metabolic reactions against decreasing in anti-inflammatory IL-10. It was certified the increasing of oxygen-dependent bactericidal activity of mononuclear phagocytes, the increasing of their induced death in blood and bronchoalveolar lavage, with the stated mitochondrial and receptor-mediated ways of apoptosis initiating. Based on the evaluation of morphological investigation in respiratory lung in case of experimental hepatopulmonary syndrome it was determined dilatation of the lumen of blood vessels, as well as the main, capillary type, and the dilatation of the lumen of arteriovenous anastomoses.
