Essay

This dissertation is the first in Ukraine complex research in the theory and history of government administration of health protection of the population from the consequences of emergences. The theoretical methodological and practical applied bases are investigated, the government administration system of medical protection as the component of the uniform system of civil defense of the population and the territories of Ukraine are determined. The concept of governance in the area of health protection of natural and industrial disasters, as components of the system of health protection is worked out.
