Essay

Object of study: rheodynamics processes and heat transfer of non-Newtonian fluids in channels of the base geometry. Objective: to establish the macrodynamic and macrokinetik rheodynamics patterns and heat transfer of non-Newtonian fluids in channels of the basic geometry of the apparatus of chemical and food processing technologies to further improve the practical methods of calculation and design of process equipment. Methods: theoretical positions of the dissertation is based on the fundamental provisions of Applied Rheology, heat transfer and fluid dynamics using symmetry methods, differential and integral calculus, the superposition method based on the reduction of dimension, and the method of analogy. Theoretical and practical results: the technique of three-dimensional problems rheodynamics non-Newtonian materials in the channels of complex shape with mobile, manufactured and analyzed solving the two-dimensional flow in a flat channel and three-dimensional flow in a rectangular channel for viscoplastic fluids with an arbitrary velocity distribution at the channel boundaries, analytical equations for viscoplastic flow with constant viscosity index and shear stress in a rectangular channel have been solved, received and investigated analytically solving describe longitudinal - transverse flow in a rectangular channel with an arbitrary distribution of the limiting velocities and pressure gradient derived a generalized equation of state of the rheological flow of non-Newtonian fluids with a monotonic dependence of the viscosity and extreme the shear rate and a new term for such fluids - generalized shifted fluid investigated and solved problems for a model transition Newtonian fluid flow in a channel, developed methods of engineering calculations and basic macrodynamic and macrokinetik indicators of flow of non-Newtonian materials, developed a flow chart for the hydrodynamic and thermal calculations of the flow in the channels for different cases of heat transfer, proposed the construction of a screw heat exchanger using an intermediate heat silicone fluid, improved district heating system thermal units. Created original experimental equipment for studying the rheological properties of non-Newtonian materials. The degree of implementation: scientific provisions designed are used in the calculation of new processes and devices of chemical and food industries and implemented: Ukrainian State Scientific Research Institute of Coal Chemistry, PAO HLFZ "Red Chemist" Company "Zolochevskaya cereal company." The results of the work are used in the educational process. Application areas - chemical, food and processing industry.
