Theoretical generalization is performed and practical ways of solving the science problem - increasing of diagnostic effectiveness and intensive сare newborns' multiorgan failure syndrome - are offered in Dissertation. The choice of diagnostic criterions of this syndrome is based on the proposed conception morphological substrate. New factors which have influence on syndrome formation were found. Specialties of clinical progression are determinate. The definition method of risk of this newborns' syndrome development is developed. It is showed, that pathogenesis of newborns' multiorgan failure syndrome is realizing on different levels of biological organization. The role of expression and polymorphism of Toll-like receptors of the 2-nd type gene is showed, disturbances of cellular energizing and interferon's-alpha production. Technology of intensive therapy optimization of this syndrome by exogenic inhalational administration of interferon-alpha and infusion of natrium succinate was offered.
