Matveev P. Theoretical principles of economic and legal regulation of innovation activity

The essence of the innovation process and its economic and legal regulation is researched. Main criteria of efficiency of such regulation is proposed. Theoretical position about the nature of innovation relationships as economic, which may be subject to regulation by such sub-branch of economic law as an innovative law is justified. It is shown that the unresolved issues of the legal provision, which are emphasized in many scientific sources, are due to the lack of ideas, effective organizational management models for certain process, and other deficiencies of legal regulation of innovation activity.
