Basic concepts of "Technological World" researchers are analyzed and the essence as a social and cultural phenomenon is covered. The concept is substantiated and the model of "Technological World - technological education" is developed. The essence, value basic principles, content, forms and methods of pedagogical support system "Technological World - Technological Education" are covered and higher education effectiveness is tested in practice.
