Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to theoretical ground and improvement of mechanisms of state energy regulation in Ukraine. It was reviewed and summarized the theoretical and methodological bases of the development of state energy policy. The existing mechanisms of innovations' replication were defined and adapted for energy sector in Ukraine. Generalized and applied innovative methodological approaches to the development of the Energy Strategy in Ukraine. There were formulated theoretical and practical recommendations to formation of optimal domestic energy balance.
